I went to the Hampton Jazz Festival and this hotel was about 15 minutes away! The room was nice and clean.and it was quiet their. FYI the room did not have an iron. Other than that everything was lovely.

The location is good for proximity to events, transportation and happenings in the city while visitors can stay out of the daily city traffic.Overall, the staff was quite helpful, only the few reluctant to do anything lessened an otherwise great experience to a new town.

Don't get room service if you need new wash clothes you're getting your self and I called the front desk about trash they told me: You take it to the big dumpster you pass on your way in … and then hung up so rudely . I just wish I could have a talk with the owner about his workers . they will run him in the ground.
