The service stinks – the staff comes off as folksy at first, but after a while you find out they are pretty rude and walk all over their customers. I was waiting in line at the service department and over heard one of the people answering the help line, when he got off the phone he immediately starts bashing the customer he was on the phone with to another employee. We dealt with Chris, Gary, Ingrid, Lynn, and two Mikes (at least I think the guy who gave us our orientation was named Mike, and if he wasn't, then I apologize for forgetting your name--you were great).
