Worst company ever to work with! I had my son's nurse quit the company a month ago and the company has yet to call me and tell me. I only found out because I was told to call the nurse directly to set up hours and when I called her to set something up she told me she quit. REALLY? and this wasn't the first time either that there has been a break down in communication from their office. I have had on 3 occasions now where no one has shown up.

Some of the nurses are very good. I have 3 different nurses come see me and 2 of them are good. But my evening weekday nurse doesnt seem like she truly cares about her patients. I had told her I had an appointment in the evening an HOUR before she normally comes to visit and I asked her to call me before she gets to my home so I can let her know if I was on the way. Well she calls me AT my appointment time and then says she would see me the next day. I called her back and left a voicemail, no answer. I called the company and they called her, no answer yet again.
