Bad service and very limited inventory

I really wish there was more competition when it comes to martial arts stores in New York. Unfortunately, the lack of it has allowed Honda to be in business since 1953 (according to their site) while providing poor service and carrying a very limited and outdated inventory. For starters, things such order status and store policy regarding gift certificates or returns change depending on who you ask. One day they tell you that you can use a gift certificate and get whatever is left in cash or store credit. Yeah, I know. It sounds too good to be true and it was since they proceeded to change...
