This was a great place to get stuck during a hurricane. The suites were spacious , well cared for, and clean. The employees were so amazing and really helped us out. It turned a really stressful situation into a manageable situation. Thank you so much!!

Couldnt picked a better place!!! Wife and i loved it. Very nice staff - food wasnt bad and rooms were very very clean. We actually slept in the bed. We had a suite with our own private patio door!

They were very rude and nonchalant wasn't helpful at all , House keeping forgot our room and the house keeping manager said that it was our word against the house keeper for the day. 3am in the morning the bathroom over flooded we called down to the desk and told them they brought us a plunger, yes I said it a plunger. 2nd consecutive reservation screw up with Hilton. I don't blame the property as much as I do Hilton. Both times I had reservations for over a month and both times I didn't get my room as requested. This time they comp'ed me for my first night as I had to sleep on a pullout sofa and no hot water as of 11 the next day. Don't have any trust in the Hilton organization anymore.
