The prompt service from maintenance and concern of our stay\n\nHad to switch room because of human hair left in bed and sink from previous guest. And the second room had human hair as well but not as much with the sink being nasty from grime and with toilet overflowing.
Great staff. Conveniently located, near freeways and shopping. Nice to have breakfast and dinner at the hotel when in Richmond VA for meetings or training.\n\nNone.
The staff was very helpful and the location was perfect! There's a great little diner at the end of the road called the Silver Diner that provided us with a delicious dinner and the complimentary breakfast at the hotel was exceptional!
