Help us make it rightNice, quiet property. Close to RIC Airport, with complimentary airport and close locations shuttle provided. So nice to have a small kitchen and living room that optimized visits from the grandkids. We will be returning for a VCU graduation in May and will plan to stay there again. Friendly staff, great amenities.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the room was musty, smelled bad, and we had bugs in the room. The breakfast was on par for what is expected at a Homewood Suites. Overall, I probably wouldn't stay again.
We spent one night before a predawn flight the next morning. We appreciated the opportunity to check in early and get settled as we had to be up at 4:00 am. The rooms were nice, the beds were so comfortable. I loved the space and the aura of the hotel. The staff were friendly & down to earth. Fresh fruit & coffee was available at all hours. The hot tub was so relaxing--thank you Homewood Suites!
