I stayed here March 2016 and found the room very clean, and cannot imagine some of the rooms people have described being even in the same building! In all, it was good for the price.

Very poorly managed. My elderly mother made reservations by phone and both clerks unable to confirm once we arrived. Took 30 mins to check in. Parking lot not plowed after recent snowstorm despite adjacent businesses having their lots cleared. SIDEWALK AREA IN FRONT OF ROOMS NOT CLEARED OF ICE AND NO SALT APPLIED. FRONT DESK HELP(?) Room was supposed to be non-smoking. Smelled like ash tray. Found dirty pubic covered wash cloth in shower, foot prints in shower. Terrible customer service. Incompetent hotel staff. Everything about it was just terrible. Run down room, disgusting housekeeping and sketchy guests moving about the property.
