This customer seems to forget the actual FACTS of the transaction. Service had been refused because of the EXTREMELY delinquent status of the account. After multiple attempts to collect the past balance due, the customer agreed to bring the account current when the technician showed up to service her vac unit. This company did a large install of a vacuum system in our home. They were happy to service for the term of the limited warranty. But when the warranty was up, they told us to go do business with someone else. I guess it was too expensive for them to service what they install. They just want the big sale, but are not willing to stand behind it.
