There was some confusion in talking with the inspector after the visit. I needed to discuss the findings and emailed someone by the same name which led to miscommunication for phone appointment. It was resolved in that I spoke to the inspector and he answered all of my questions. I thought the service rep was extremely thorough and knowledgeable.

Inspector was very thorough and found some flaws that I would have never looked for. I am now more knowledgable when buying a home and can make better decisions because of this. Don't hire just anyone to do an inspection because of the price. This company is affordable and well worth the money......
