Today's visit was horrible. Sunday afternoon - and nobody was available to help and it wasn't because there was a lot of people. 3 different customers in flooring and not one person to help.....seems on a weekend they would be staffed better
Nothing better than browsing the aisles in a hardware store. Early morning is the best time as there are fewer shoppers and lots of clerks to help you. They are some of the most knowledgeable people, willing to help, answer dumb questions and offer advise when you have no idea what you're doing.
