This company is a fraud. Do not use. When our Bosch dishwasher broke down, my wife called a few places about the repair. Some items were still under warranty and the repair facility needed to be Bosch certified to handle the repair. My wife asked Michael Henderson, at Home Appliance Repair, if he was Bosch certified and could do their warranty work, he stated he was, and that only Bosch certified repairman could order the parts, and stated he could be by the next day to look at the dishwasher. Once he came by he found the drain pump was the problem, it was not covered under the...
