If I could give you 0 stars I would. I am so disappointed at the way you have drugged my great grandmother over the past week. Especially after we asked you to stop giving her medication her own physician did not prescribe her. You didn't even change the bandage on her leg for 3 days!! That's blatant negligence on top of elder abuse. How you all get away with this I will never know. But I do...

There are some good and some bad staff there like any other place. Some of the CNAs there are only there for a paycheck and treat the residents like dirt but act so kindly in front of other staff and family members. There are some really good CNAs there that actually care about the residents but others just throw them around like nothing just so they can be done as quickly as possible not even...
