This place needs to go out of business. As a cleaner it should be spotless- but no, it is grungy, the machines are old and many are out of order, and the owners are out of it. My negative review is based on a total lack of customer service when a load of clothes came out sopping wet- no matter how concisely I ran it down for the attendant there was no offer to make it right, only a response that somehow the problem was my fault. So frustrating. If this place was a biological entity it would be a tangled mass of chef Battali's a$$ hair clogging a drain- best avoided at all costs.

At least half of the machines are broken, and only half of those have 'Out of Order' notes. I ended up hand-wringing 2 loads because the washer wouldn't complete the spin cycle; watched 2 other customers go though the same thing on different machines. The attendant offered extra quarters to help with the dry time, but I had to chase her down to get a paltry $0.50 (10 minutes worth of time).
