Staff was very nice. Room clean and comfy. Pool was little dirty. Disappointed the breakfast was additional cost which with a family of 4 for me was costly. I am used to having it included in my stays.

I needed a few days to relax and a change of scenery as well as visiting a close friend. This was the perfect spot and I was truly blown away with the hotel and the staff. I arrived 30 minutes early for check in and the young lady at the front desk smiled and told me my room was ready and each time I passed through the lobby she made personal contact with me. Very friendly staff from check-in to check-out (Manuel went out of his way to be helpful and friendly)... Clean, spacious room.. quiet...very comfortable beds...pool and hot tub were like heaven and very clean...perfect stat.. Will stay here EVERY time we visit Manassas!

The only issue that I had with the hotel was with the shower curtain. The shower curtain was hanging off the wall, when my niece tried to close it, the whole rod fell down hitting her on the head. The next morning, I asked the concierge to fix this as we couldn't use the shower. I specifically told her that we would be back late that night... and if she couldn't get it fixed then she needed to...
