A good nights sleep in a safe and comfortable place

Check in was quick and easy. Good value. (I'd say average price.) Room and bathroom were very clean. Room was spacious, and had WiFi and of course TV even though we didn't watch anything. Bedding was clean and fresh. A good nights sleep.

Nice, but Slipping

We've stayed here over many years. The attention to "DETAIL" has been slipping here. Breakfast is still - wonderful, 9 out of 10. The swimming pool seemed cold, but hey, that could be me. The hot tub was refreshing, but it had some sort of a "scum" floating in it. Our bathroom had just been repainted - nice paint, it...

Just don't eat breakfast there

Hotel was great, staff was friendly. Room was comfortable, hallways could have used a vacuuming. Breakfast was lousy. Food looked Like cooks really didn't care, and tasted the same. Service was same did not really care

Whenever I travel to Harrisonburg I stay at the Holiday Inn. The hotel is a attractive pool area, a wonderful restaurant, and clean comfortable rooms. It is always a great place to stay. I always enjoy a drink at Casey's Bar and Grill on property as well!

I'm not sure what all the bad reviews were about but I can tell you that after reading those bad reviews I called ahead and asked for the king suite and they gave it to me for no extra charge. The room was clean and we had no problems whatsoever! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I usually never write reviews...
