Impeccable. Clean. Friendly. Great breakfast. Will be back for sure. Thanks to Janice at breakfast who made a difference ensuring my kids were happy and had all we needed.
front desk gentleman and night and morning check out woman (Anita ...i think) as well were very friendly and accommodating. Even the cleaning staff were outgoing and friendly.

It really was very welcoming in a genuine way. I particularly enjoyed the son of the owners (I think Kevin) who checked us in at 10 pm or so, quickly and with a smile and a friendly acknowledgement of his parents when I asked about the Shree Ganesh name. Very clean and comfortable room & hotel! Very friendly people and helpful! Nice hot breakfast! Very easy location to find with lots of fast food restaurant in the immediate area! Will stay here again when in the area!

What I Expected When I Chose a Holiday Inn Express

Friendly Staff, Close to I-81, Truck Parking, Clean Room, Plenty of Channels on TV, Wifi in Room, Hot Breakfast. I would stay here again if I ended up needing a room in this area for sure. There are a few other hotels at same exit, #382, but from past HIE experiences, I chose to stay here.

Nice hotel off the highway

Nice hotel just off the highway. Had room 209. Choose another as you could hear a lot of road noise all night long. Room was nice. Bed great - slept well. Bathroom well kept. Towels very nice. Breakfast was great (but they didn't have hard boiled eggs - I usually have one). Would stay here again if in the area.
