Walking into the entrance I noticed the front floor wasn't cleaned, and it had an odor. The staff wasn't dressed professional. They were pleasant, but lacked customer service skills. Our room was on the first floor. The curtain was torn, and the sheets were wrinkled., I thought they had not been cleaned. Even the bed skirt was wrinkled.
