We booked another hotel through Expedia, when we arrived that hotel it was nasty and dirty. I contacted Expedia, who immediately cancelled with the other hotel and located Jameson Inn and changed our reservation. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean this hotel was and how nice and friendly the hotel desk clerk was. She was very warm and welcoming. I will definitely be staying here again!!

We had a open container of food left in our room from the previous people that the maid didn't pick up and clean. We also called management about the problem and it was not taken care of. The breakfast food was cold and not completely cooked. The pool area needed deep cleaning. Not a pleasant experience at all.

It was ok but when we arrived we had a problem with the lock not opening with our card. There was not ice in the ice machine. The staff did try and correct the problems. I just think it being the week of 4th of July they would have been better prepared.

This was a last minute trip so we were happy to get what we could. The bed was comfortable but the comforter had burn spots and looked dirty. The in room jacuzzi had a dark film in the bubbles. There was dead bugs in bathroom. Everything needs to be re-caulked and renovated. But again it was last minute but really wish the room had been cleaner for the amount of money we spent.
