The hotel was clean and the staff was so nice. We were in town for a funeral so we had multiple rooms for families. They allowed us to use the breakfast room for the evenings so we could enjoy pizza dinners all together.

This is your typical, predictable Holiday Inn. Staff were friendly. Free buffet breakfast was fine. Front desk were pleasant. All sounds good. Thought the price too high for a Holiday Inn: I'm used to much lower. But then what other decent choices are there for the Kilmarnock?

I stayed here years ago when they first opened. It was ok then. It is absolutely horrible now. I changed rooms twice because they were so dirty. Best Option for the Area But Overpriced

Given the remoteness of Kilmarnock, this hotel is about the only option apart from a B&B or a 50's motel with a low Tripadvisor rating. The lack of competition probably accounts for the high nightly rates. The room seemed clean, the desk a bit small for business travelers, but the bed was comfortable and hotel reasonably quiet. Nice comfortable hotel, about what you'd expect for a HIE

Nice comfortable room, choice of 4 pillows on the bed, nice work area, refrigerator and microwave, good in-room coffee. Breakfast was pretty decent, Seemed to cost just a bit more than usual but there's not a great deal of competition in the area.
