We had a late checkin for Sunday around 2-3 am and had called Saturday around 10pm and they confirmed we would have a room and when we got there our room had someone in it so they called around for and the entire boardwalk was booked up. Holiday Inn express , A good clean hotel but only a lucky few get to park on site . The remainder get to park 100 + yards away , on the far side of Pacific ave / street . (you thought I was going to say Ocean ) . FREE Buffet breakfast , selection reasonable . Even when things go a little wrong, the customer service of all of the staff make the biggest difference! Washing machine wasn't working - they got someone to fix it immediately. Missed cleaning our room one day (partly our fault...we were off to a late start!)...multiple apologies and they came as soon as we left the following day.
