Gave Short Pump Towing a ring tonight, 2nd of August, when our evening plans were interrupted by our Jeep giving 'way. Couldn't have been happier with our experience. Matt was wonderful and, though I do hope to never again require a tow, I wouldn't think of taking my business elsewhere. All done swiftly and very well, and with friendliness so welcome given the sour circumstances.

My mother spoke to Matt, who said he was the owner, & he told my mom that my car they towed out of a ditch wasn't drivable & she asked why & he said there was damage to the front.My mom said "it was drivable when my daughter left it" & he yelled at her saying the towing company isnt responsible for any damages.Then he started screaming at her telling her she was "crazy!!!!!".
