Help us make it rightI was warned about him, but like to give peope a chance. Wayne is a shady business man. He rented me a trailer and took a $200 deposit. I returned it in excellent shape, after power spraying it inside and out, and he still charged me a $50 cleaning fee. He charged me $50 to rehang the cross gate because I had to take it down and could not rehang it without help. The gate was not damaged in any way and just had to be lifted and simply rehung, no tools necessary. I was due to return the trailer on a Sunday. I called him on Friday to make sure he would be there. He said I could return it on Monday morning since he wouldn't be there on Sunday to give me my deposit. He was not there on Monday either. It took two weeks and three phone calls to get my deposit back and it was only for $25 instead of the full $200. I know now he was avoiding me because he had no intention of returning my full deposit. Avoid doing business with this man. He will try everything to rip you off. Don't trust him! What a shame.
Mr. Webb is a great man. He has very nice horse trailers that he rents-to-own. Don't let the other reviews fool you. It is a RENT-TO-OWN establishment. If you don't pay your bill, you lose the merchandise and deposit. That is how ALL Rent-to-owns work!. He is one of the only places that will help someone with bad credit get a horse trailer. And believe me, it costs him a lot of money to collect on a trailer. My trailer is only two months from being paid off and I love it. I will just say in my experience this place can not be trusted. Bought a horse from us wrote a check for it then stopped payment on it. Then he calls and says our horse fell and broke its leg and had to be put down. I do not believe that, however, he never paid for the horse. Said he does this to people all around the country. Why?How? I just do not understand but I do know that I would not recommend this place for anything.
