I met with Dr Schratt today and I have to say it was a pleasant visit. The staff and the Doctor treated me and my husband as if they already knew us. I hope my surgery goes as easy.

My experience with Dr. Schratt was excellent. He took lots of time to clarify all my questions, and he explained everything very clearly. He is a very polite and experienced person. At any time I felt very well cared. I appreciated his very friendly demeanor, and his wonderful sense of humor. The surgery (gallbladder) was pleasing and the aftercare excellent. From the moment I called and made may appointment the office gave me a very unwelcoming feeling. I understand that gallbladder surgery is very common procedure but for a person who has never had surgery before it can be scary. After meeting Dr. Schratt he is rude and uncaring and has the worst bedside manor. I refused to let that man cut on me and would not recommend him to anyone.
