I had waxing done by Tracy. Very friendly, made me feel welcome and comfortable right away. Being my first visit, she gave a brief yet appropriate tour of the rest of the facility. And, having a medical background, she was very thorough and talked me through every step. She did an outstanding job and I really enjoyed it. Looking forward to my next visit!
