I bought a car from CarMax and they complete the transaction back in Dec 2011.  Now they say I owe for a mistake they made.  They say I owe over $600.00 for a wrong payoff amount they obtained from my finamce company to the truck I traded-in.  I know of at least one other with same exact situation.

I do not doubt what you have stated about carmax..nor do i have any thing to add or prove your statement. Carmax has been aware of internal accounting fraud that has been hidden to protect the sharprice. If you are planning on buying Carmax stock beware.
