Checked in late with an early flight the next morning. All I wanted was to grab a bite to eat in the hotel and go to bed. They were out of most food choices on the menu. Ended up having to go to fast food instead. The staff blamed it on the Race that was in town the weekend before.

We arrived after a 17hr car trip and went to check in at the front desk. As we went to swipe our card it wouldn't go through and the front desk lady said "sometimes that happens when u go away" now that was not true and that had NEVER happened before AND we had used this card all day in...

Our room was right outside the pool so we thought there would be a bad smell in the room. We were also right on the main hallway and there were two weddings so we thought there would be noise. Neither happened. The room was absolutely quiet and lovely. Front desk staff was awesome and seemed glad to help.

Even though this was a short visit I had the treat of meeting with a few teammates I would like to give a shout out to on making sure I had an enjoyable stay. I would like to say to Alexis and Brian, front desk, Dondi, shuttle driver and Dominic, maintenance, keep up the good work. What a great stay....

Friendly staff. Let us check in 45 minutes early. The room and stay was wonderful; dinner was great with large portions. Waiter heard we had to leave on the early shuttle, well before the restaurant opened, so he prepared us a "care package".
