This hotel is located right at the Southpoint Mall with several shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. The rooms were pristine and clean. All the staff were accommodating in every way. The outside fire pit was such a nice place to have a drink and end the day. Overall, a great hotel.

Very disappointed that my credit card was attempted to be charged twice before their supposedly check in time of 4pm (thanks to my identity fraud app it wasn't authorized). Very easy check in. We liked the offer of free cold bottled water, nice touch. Friendly, inviting lobby and we loved the outside fire fit. Room was very clean and comfy. I would recommend a couple of more pillows (maybe they had some in the closet, I forgot to check). We did seem to have issues getting the room cool...

I stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn due to its location and reviews. However the front desk staff seems to be always in a unhappy mood.
Rarely smile and not offer anything. They don't offer free breakfast for Hilton Gold. Nearby Ted Montana Grill is great for dinner.
