This is a fabulous hotel which my family and I return to year after year. The staff is super friendly and helpful- and that includes everyone the front desk, housekeeping and lounge staff. I chose this hotel because it had a shuttle to the airport. I booked through Expedia which said no need to call ahead to set this up. When I checked in, I learned that shuttles don't start until 8am. I had to take a cab which cost me $35. I spent more on this hotel tha I would have been willing to if I knew I would still need to call a cab.
