Worst customer service ever! After cleaning 2 quality white, linen shirts for 8 months with no problem, 2 of them came back with burn spots on the collar tips and sleeve cuffs. First they said it was like that when they came in. Then they said it was a "manufacturer defect!" Ridiculous! They screwed up 2 fine …
