Front desk did not know prices or about animals

Went in and ask if they were affiliated with People for Animals. Was told yes. They are not. Told needed pre-visit for getting dog spayed. Told them I was on SSI. Then a per visit was not necessary. Asked again at next visit if they were affiliated with People for Animals and was told not really.
