HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! I called them for an estimate and it was HALF of what NTB wanted to charge me.....HALF.....a business I trusted and went to for years was taking advantage of me. I would highly recommend Hilliard Auto. Ronald was very polite and professional. I went to another shop for routine maintenance and ended up with a host of problems due to the work not being performed properly. They were able to fit me in on short notice. I drive a lowered Lexus IS350 so my car wouldn’t fit on the lift at another shop so I was left looking for a shop in short notice. They were able to accommodate me and take care of my car in a very timely, professional manor. The shop is clean and the men that I saw were neatly dressed and polite. Would definitely recommend.

We had went to another place before this and the guy didn't really seem to care. We came to Hilliard (and we aren't from Virginia) and Yamen (spelling is probably off) helped us and was very professional with us. He checked everything to make sure all the papers were filed right so that we didn't have to make another 2 hour trip. My brother got a reliable vehicle now and he's happy with it!!!
