Highland Ridge is a wonderful place. They have some of the most caring staff that I have ever met. If your looking for good Nursing care and great rehab then you should check out this facility. I may be partial, since I have practically grown up here, but it truly is a wonderful place to recover, live, or work.

Highland Ridge Rehab Center Providing Elegant Care Since 1969 Nestled in the heart of the New River Valley and conveniently located near I-81 is home to one of the Nation’s top rated rehabilitation centers for quality of service. Highland Ridge Rehab Center is a state-of-the-art facility and was originally constructed in 1969 and acquired by Hill Valley Healthcare in 2019. In 2011, Highland Ridge underwent a renovation and expansion project that is now complete. The progressive skilled nursing facility has 132-beds with semi-private and private rooms. The Center provides short-term skilled nursing and a specialized rehabilitation program.
