Office staff seems super unorganized. Was handed someone elses records while filling out paperwork. Showed up for an appt. and Doctor wasnt there and didnt get a call prior. Felt like take it or leave it. Also RX instructions were wrong. Not going back.

He rushed through the three appointments I had with him. Failed to explain his treatment plan, dismissed my pain, and was generally cold and brusque. He walked out of the room while I was still asking questions! That was the last straw. I fired him on the spot and walked out. If you want compassionate care, go elsewhere.

Dr. Geppert is a great guy. He is high energy, but he's listening. I really like him, and that says a great deal. His NP is fantastic too. The staff is friendly for the most part (one of the phlebotomists in the back is all attitude), and they really get you in and out of the office quickly, but with attention to your needs.
