My first visit yesterday and I was beyond impressed. Customer service at its finest! Beautiful items and such a breath of fresh air to shop somewhere that people are genuinely happy to help you. I have been a customer with hi-ho silver for a number of years. The women who work in the Newport News store have always been very helpful and courteous. They will go out of there way to make sure the customer finds what he/she wants and will even search other stores to have items sent to keep the customer from having to travel to another location. I even received a personal thank you note this...
