I took my 6 month old GoldenDoodle to be groomed for his first time to the Petsmart at Shortpump and I DO NOT recommend them at all. I asked for his ears, face, tummy area, feet and hind quarters to be trimmed up since it was his first time and I wanted to ease him into the grooming experience. Took my dog to The short pump location, the groomer shaved my dog as she was so careless to not make sure she was reading the paper on the correct dog so she gave my dog the hair cut that was requested for another dog and dis the complete opposite of what I requested. When I arrived she acted like what ever!! So angry that she shaved my dog bald!! And management was like what would you like me...

Employees and manager are EXTREMELY RUDE. When I talked to the manager about the employee's attitude, he acted as if nothing was wrong. They also tend to sell dying animals. Go to Perfect Pets instead. They know to take care of their animals much better than Petsmart and they are courteous to their customers.
