Always a good professional location
All the tires were low on pressure but I went to a service station to get air in them. Overrall everything was great, no complaints
1. No one was in the office when I arrived; had to wait although it was during business hours 2. The car I reserved wasn't available 3. The car I left with needed to be serviced 4. The customer service rep was fantastic. She was the only person there, so it was a little slower due to incoming phone calls, but still acceptable time frame
My experience this time was much better than before in that I called a day early to request that the car be ready promptly at 7:30 a.m. and it was. She even called me back at the end of that day to tell me my car would be ready. I appreciated that. When I arrived the next morning my car was ready and warming up.
