I am in my second year here and i absolutely love it! Newly renovated units are GORGEOUS and the staff is an absolute treat to be around! I would recommend this community to anyone looking! Seriously, you should check it out. Take a tour and you will fall in love with not only the appearance, but the atmosphere as well.

Good location because is about 10 minutes from the ocean but a little noisy because is very close to the highway, carpet is very old, kitchen cabinets outdated, the manager is m
not an easy person to deal with

Good place to live but prices are getting very pricey for what you get. Management is very good and will take care of tenants. I would personally prefer to pay more a month to have the added extras that other places offer.

Loved living here! The woman at the leasing office is a sweetheart and will help with anything, and the maintenance is great! Quiet neighborhood, set back a bit so no traffic... not a lot of kids living here. Never had any issues! I was sad to leave :-(
