Too bad there are no minus stars. Hero Construction demanded a massive amount of money upfront, to "secure my services" and materials, which I since found out was illegal. Mr. Joanou missed multiple meetings, the majority he'd set, and made one bogus excuse after another, blaming everyone but …

If only there was a no star option on Yelp. Beware and be warned about Mike Joanou. He makes sure to get a great deal of money from you up front and then falls off the wagon, gets arrested, and has one drama after another. All the while making mistakes on your job and then never showing up to finish the project. Mike has abandoned our project but not our money.
