Graduated in 1964 and flew south to go to college. First at USC Aiken and then on to main campus in Columbia SC.
Army got me in 1969, but the only foreign country I had to serve in was Texas. Spent a couple of years working at a great little college in southwest Va (Emory & Henry) then headed back to SC to Winthrop College (University). Retired some 27 years later. It's been 50 years since high...

Education and athletics. Herm is one of the best schools in Richmond so if you go there take advantage of the experience.

OK-but not a top school

Contrary to the hype around Hermitage High School, I am not all that impressed with the school. Some of the staff seems genuine in their interest in the students, while others do not. Updates on student progress need to be done on more of a frequent basis when the student is struggling in their class.
