Recently bought used Lincoln MKZ.Overall ,satisfied with buying process and how everything went. Some back and forth about my trade in value,but that is understandable. Any deposit made when making a purchase offer on a vehicle is always fully refundable if we do not agree on terms. A deposit is only nonrefundable once both parties agree on terms (you agree to buy a vehicle and we agree to sell it for a certain price). I had the same experience. We were told the security deposit was refundable, and then when we tried to get it back, we were told no. I would never buy another vehicle here.
