This company is not customer friendly. The father and son came for a service call and insisted that 80 degrees, when the thermostat was set at 70, was "normal" for our area. When we tried to explain it had not been doing this previously the owner interrupted us and said "Listen to me..." Nobody deserves to be spoken to SO rudely, especially a paying customer. We have since hired another company...

This is a great small business, and the family is wonderful, I read the other review and think that whom ever wrote it might have had one bad experece but she or he did get a refund as stated. Do not call for service. They came and told me that a capacitor was bad and that he had to get one from the shop. He came out the next day, replaced the part, and the unit continued to have the same problem. No one would return calls. When I received the bill, I drove to the business.
