Do not use this towing service! The staff, from dispatch to "Kelly" in the Manassas office are extremely rude and unprofessional. Customer service is nonexistent at Henrys. They charge made up "rates" in addition to the standard towing rates posted on the signs in the office and are reluctant to refund an overcharge when disputed.
