Very disrespectful will yell at you once they have your car. For the record i never raised my voice or disrespected them because they have my car at the end of the day.
Knowing you’re in a sensitive place right now because your car is crashed will threat you by saying take the car back.
They do know what they’re doing but they pick and choose which car they want to do first(money i bet). If you take my opinion in anything take this, just go to bodyshop place where you don’t feel sketchy about and give you respect because at the end of the day you are the customer.
