Mr. Briggs doesnt care about the customers only the money. That Midget of a business man properties are often in bad condition even though they have a maintenance crew. Will rush you to rent a property stating that there are other people who want it. The midget will promise you the property then when you go sign the lease, He says its sold. Glad I didnt rent from such a ruthless midget.

My experience with them has been mixed. The former resident manager was a horror...she is gone!!! The new people are nice. Mr. Briggs is a caring person. There are times when you have to push to get action. They have three contractors that are wonderful...they come when they say they are and they fix the problem. All in all it hasn't been a bad experience. I feel pretty safe where I am and the place was fixed to my liking. It is all in who you deal with.
