horrible experience!! we shopped around to switch all of our insurances-- homeowners, car, umbrella policy, plus 2 fire dwelling policies on rental properties that i own, and heberling quoted us the best prices, using traveler's. we switched, and not 1 month later our homeowner's went up. they told us a mistake had been made on their part when they were giving us the quote, and there was nothing they could do about it. we accepted this and paid the higher rate. two months later, we got two more bills for exponential increases in my 2 fire dwelling policies-- this took our overall rates...
