During the day, families and office workers dine on savory club, chicken salad and roast beef sandwiches or take boxed lunches with chips and a cookie to go. Those planning holiday dinners or large meetings often place orders for spiral-sliced hams, smoked turkeys or meat-and-cheese party platters, plus side dishes, desserts and breads.
Orders can be placed in the store or online and can be picked up at a local store or shipped to a home or office.
Products are shipped Monday through Friday to maximize freshness. The company recommends that orders being shipped via ground service be shipped on Monday and Tuesday only. Orders being shipped on Friday require a Saturday delivery charge.
