I am completely dissatisfied with the service of the sales and customer team. The sales team appears to be trying not sell you on pellet stoves, by only talking about the negatives of the product. The company made a mistake with an order that was to be made for my home, and instead of trying to find a resolution was not helpful at all. They were unwilling to admit any wrongdoing whatsoever.
