I have searched for a pair of pants for 2-3 days in my size . They were almost perfect.... I took my pants to Hawthorne / Highland Springs and spoke to women that did alterations . I made sure she knew I wanted a cuff in my pants. I know what was said during our conversation. she hemmed my pants and I went to the counter receive my ticket and left. Simple...... not even close.
