Help us make it rightThis barn is a complete disaster and a sinking ship!! Where to even begin with the problems!! The barn is not well taken care! Lights don't work. Management nor the person they lease the property from will fix the light fixtures or replace the lights in the barn. The driveway is awful to drive down and has pot holes (and are huge). The horses are lucky to get 4 pads of hay a day and enough shavings in there stalls. The management doesn't want to pay for shavings. When it was brought to his attention that horses need shavings to prevent hock sores etc -- he quote "I don't give a sh*t what the boarders want"! They don't put hay in the fields, even when the snow is completely covering the ground and they don't break the frozen water troughs! The management and majority of the staff are liars and two faced!! The management will talk trash about you to other boarders and complain about you!! Be aware that if something happens you will be falsely accused and they don't want to even hear what you have to say! there minds are already made up! The majority of staff is full of drama and are fake! They like to start stuff and gossip!! Manure pile has started to creep into the parking lot and in front of one of the barns due to there equipment that keeps breaking and them not fixing it. If they do fix the equipment takes them forever to be fixed. Rings are not maintained well and are either really hard or to deep. Always flooded around the fields and between the barn and indoor!! The fences are falling apart and aren't maintained. They have enough fencing in there indoor to fix the fencing but they refuse to do anything about it. The list can go on!! Not worth your time and the drama! The faculty could be nice if the place could be maintained!!
My kids took lessons here about six times before I changed where they ride. Every lesson they took they would tack up and start the lesson then they would have to change horses because the horses were always lame or had something wrong. They all had tons of rain rot so I think they are not well taken care of.
